Algerian Ambassador in Kampala represents Algeria at Kagame Swearing-in. 18/08/2017
HE Mr Farid Boulahbel, Ambassador of Algeria accredited to Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi was designated by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika to represent Algeria at the swearing-in ceremony of President Paul Kagame.
Nineteen African Heads of State were present at the ceremony that took place on Friday 18th August in the national Stadium in Kigali.
Kagame was re-elected for a third term in office with a landslide victory of 98.79% in an election held on 4th August 2017.
